As she started growing up we, the sports loving family, tried her in all the “ball” sports we could think of, but nothing was a perfect fit for Kenlie. Finally, we found a small horse farm where she began lessons at the age of 5. She was eager to learn everything she could about riding and caring for them, and her passion only grew stronger over time. When Covid hit, her lessons came to an unexpected stop, and for a while, it seemed her journey with horses might be over but then we found Celestial Riding Academy and Sarah! This was an answered prayer. With their patience and guidance, Kenlie overcame challenges with learning and confidence, growing in both skill and self-belief. Today, she not only rides with joy but also proudly cares for her own horse, Bella, tending to nearly all of Bella’s needs with love, responsibility, and a heart full of dedication.
